Inspection & Diagnosis
£25
Our initial inspection and diagnosis fee is £25, your machine will enter our queue and once we have correctly diagnosed your problem we will make contact with you before proceeding with any additional work. We will tailor a quote specific to you with a price for parts and labour so you are up-to-date and in control every step of the way.
OS Upgrades & Data Services
£60 - £90
We offer Operating System Upgrades, Data Cloning, Back-up and Destruction services! If you want to copy your data from one drive to another, have some peace of mind with a back-up, or you want to completely erase a drive leaving absolutely ZERO trace of your data, we have specialist software specifically designed for this purpose! We can also upgrade machines from Windows 10 to 11 for the same cost depending on the hardware specifications of your computer, if you would like to enquire about an OS upgrade please contact one of our technicians to see if your machine is compatible!
Recycling Service
£20
We also offer a recycling service at Slash Codex. Old machines that no longer serve you and are set to become e-waste can be taken by us and disposed of efficiently, we will first destroy any remaining data on your device before shipping it securely to a local electronics recycling centre. We will take any electronic devices you no longer want taking up space in your home or business.
New & Refurbished Machines
Starting from £249
We sell both new and refurbished machines that come with Windows 11 and a suite of standard software pre-installed. If you find that you need to upgrade your hardware our cheapest, refurbished machines start as low as £249 or alternatively we can order something brand-new to your specification. With a new or refurbished machine, once the parts have been delivered, assembled and tested extensively by us, you can expect to be up and running within a couple of days!
